Where to Buy & Returns

NovaGear is sold through Amazon and Temu. Pick the store you already shop at — checkout, payment, delivery and returns are all handled by that platform under its own policies.

Where to buy

• Amazon — the fastest option in most metros, and the easiest place to use saved addresses and payment methods.
• Temu — usually the lowest price on multi-packs and accessories.
• Every product page on this site has a direct “Buy on Amazon” / “Buy on Temu” button that opens the matching store listing.

Delivery

Delivery windows and shipping fees are set by the marketplace and shown at its checkout. This site does not ship anything itself, and it never takes payment or stores card details.

Returns

Return windows and processes follow the policy of the marketplace you bought from. Start the return from that order in your marketplace account — no need to involve this site.

Warranty

Every NovaGear device carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty regardless of where you bought it. Keep the order number and email support@novagear.example — that part is handled by us, not the marketplace.
